Hi Pete,

Sorry for perhaps starting to bug you!
Somehow I cannot enter decimal values in the price entry field when maintaining parts.
Now since this is a Windows application, perhaps this is an issue regarding the internationalsation of the windows session? We, here in the Netherlands, use an ',' as a decimal seperator and the '.' as the thousands seperator.
BTW entering either wil result in a value without any decimals...
Perhaps I have overlooked a setting?
Cheers! Hans

Hi Hans

Well, that's a new one! It did not occur to me that some of you use a separator other than a decimal point.

I'll look into it over the next couple of days.

Cheers
Pete

Hi Pete,

Installed your application on a Windows XP machine running the Enghlish language. This helps in being able to enter decimals! So, I believe this is definitly a multilingual issue..
This is a work around which I am not too happy about, since I must use the PC connected to my CNC machine to enter data... versus sitting at the kichen table enjoying a cup of coffee whilst entering parts and stuff...
Yeah I can remotely use that PC, but having to run 2 PC's is a bit overdone I think ;-)
Cheers!

Hi Pete,

Somehow I experience the same thing here. In my case, when I'm adding a new expense, I use a point to separate the decimal numbers and it does not work. The software assumes 4 digits and I've tried the comma but it isn't available as an option. Suggestions?

Thanks!

PS: I know it's my first post on this forum and I'm already "complaining". Shame on me!! Sorry :S, BUT other than that I'm still on trial mode and this piece of software is pretty amazing and I really wanna have it in my shop since it makes my life A LOT easier. I'll buy the full licence but I really need this to work :p

Apologies for my absence from the forum over the past few weeks. I have end-of-year university exams looming and I'm totally focused on them at the moment.

I'll catch up with the problems reported as soon as I can.

Cheers
Pete
